Item is accurate to listing. Suction is extremely strong. Im not able to go above level 1 it's so strong. It also heats up really good as well.

Seems okay to me but don't know exactly how it works. No dutch manual. How to massage for example?

I’ve used suction cups before, so i like this gaget. It has good power of suction. But i would say for someone who never used it before may be too strong. You need to adjust the power and get used to it. I even tried on my cheeks. Power 1 and hold for a split second. Comes off nicely.

Produces quite a lot of pressure I have not had the opportunity to use the services of leeches but it is something similar .........
