Refund and Shipping Policy – Value Selfcare

At Value Selfcare, we are committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service. This policy outlines important information regarding order processing, shipping times, returns, and refunds.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

Please note: Processing times may be extended during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, but we will do our best to keep you informed.


Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer standard shipping, which generally takes between 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or other factors outside our control.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the delivery status.


Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Value Selfcare. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns within 30 days of the delivery date. We offer returns except for items listed as non-exchangeable and non-refundable on the website. In addition, the shipping of returned products is at the customer's expense.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) must be provided.

  • It must not be a product listed as non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Please contact our support team at contact@valueselfcare.com with your name and  order's number. We will provide return instructions and the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene or safety reasons, certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These will be clearly noted on the product page.
